H&M — Los Angeles / 2025
Los Angeles Brand Campaign
A custom localized brand campaign created for H&M's Los Angeles market, spanning talent, creative, media, retail, PR, partnerships, and experiential activation.
01 — The Brief
H&M needed to feel native to Los Angeles — not a global campaign dropped into a new market. The opportunity was to build a city-specific brand platform that earned cultural credibility while driving measurable traffic and sales across the market's store fleet.
02 — The Idea
Build the campaign from the city outward. Local talent, local photography, local venues and local media, held together by a single creative idea that let every touchpoint — OOH, retail, social, press, experiential — read as one story told in an LA accent.
03 — The Experience
- A locally shot campaign shoot with LA-based talent, stylists and crew, supplying imagery for OOH, digital, retail windows and social.
- High-impact outdoor across key corridors, sequenced with retail moments so the city read as one continuous campaign.
- Talent and creator partnerships activated around launch week, with content captured live rather than produced in isolation.
- In-store programming that converted awareness into footfall, tied to market-level traffic and sales reporting.
